This mother/ daughter duo is one of the only female owned ABA teams. It’s a unique dynamic from an amazing family who has taken the ABA by storm, now entering their third season.
Laurie, an attorney for over thirty years, leads the Inferno’s fundraising efforts along with her brother (Frank), the Inferno General Manager and Head Coach. She is a very “hands on” owner as she attends almost every practice and game. Laurie also makes it her business to know all the players and their families extremely well. She also is very generous in nature as she extends invitations to all of the Inferno family to dinners and parties at her home. Lollino said of his sister, “Laur is extremely involved and all the players love her. She helped me pursue my passion and together we have one dynamite organization.”
Anna Marie, with a recent Vice-President promotion from a major marketing company, was recently recognized as one of the top executives in Chicago. She has been involved with major ad campaigns with Gatorade and State Farm, and also was the lead in campaigns with Queen Latifah, Shadeur Sanders, Cooper Flag, Caitlin Clark and most recently Caleb Williams. AMT, as she is affectionately called, is a great player-liaison to her uncle (GM/ Head Coach of the Inferno) and helps with reviewing all operations. Coach Lollino said of his niece, “AMT is extremely intelligent and wise beyond her years. That’s why she is being recognized as one of the top executives in Chicago. There is not a day where she and I do not have a conversation about an Inferno player.”
